They also align the site operations to the strategic direction of the business.ResponsibilitiesDevelop the medium to longer-term improvement and development strategies for the site's personnel, products, processes, technology, and equipment.Promote a safe working environment for employees, contractors, and visitors; owning the site safety improvement plan.Lead and direct the manufacturing function on site; establishing operational excellence in manufacturing quality, cost, efficiency, and productivity.Collaborate with Finance and peers to manage the site manufacturing budget.Develop, lead, and manage a high-performing manufacturing team.About YouMinimum 8 years manufacturing experience, with 5+ years of experience in a senior role within FMCG/food manufacturing/packaging/industrial processing environments.Strong financial and analytical skills. Effectively uses data to inform decision-making.Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and develop teams.
