About The Opportunity As a Landscape Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Ordering supplies and managing inventory Setting project plans and timelines for successful execution Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials Conducting morning huddles to align the team on daily tasks Leading and managing a team of 5, including 3 landscapers and 2 apprentices Discussing plans with the owner, landscaping architects, subcontractors, and homeowners About You The successful candidate will have:
A Certificate III in Construction Landscaping A minimum of 4 years of experience in landscape construction A proactive, organised approach with the ability to take initiative A forward-thinking mindset that contributes positively to team dynamics Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team You will also have:
Experience in liaising with various stakeholders including clients and suppliers A manual driver's licence and a Class C driver's licence (for operating bobcats and excavators) What's in it for You?
