Our teaching teams collaborate to highlight the College's commitment to lifelong learning for both staff and students.Key Responsibilities:Provide primary support for secondary students' holistic needsMonitor and promote health, safety, and positive behaviourImplement engaging pastoral care programsAdvocate for restorative processes and collaborate with school leadershipTrain and support Mentor Group Teachers, ensuring effective communication with students and parentsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Education or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsLeadership experienceThe College:Geelong Lutheran College is a unique workplace.
