As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's future by facilitating discussions, gathering insights, and mapping processes across all levels—from call centre staff to field teams and executive leadership.
You'll ensure a seamless transformation of the organisational landscape, integrating people, processes, and technology into a cohesive vision.
What you will bring to the roleYour proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Business Architect in transformation projects.Your experience with human-centred design thinking.Your expertise in process mapping for operational efficiency.Your experience with change management.Your ability to translate complex workflows into clear documentation.Your experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Your experience with Visio and/or Power BI.Your experience with Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.Ideally, your professional experience would be backed up with industry certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).What the client has to offerSignificant opportunities for growth and driving positive change.The chance to be part of a business-critical digital transformation.A hybrid working environment - 2 days work from home.Salary packaging.Excellent organisation and great team environment.About working with Valrose - We listen.
