Customer Care Consultant - Trade Store - Mackay QLDWe are looking for a new Part-Time team member to join our high performing Trade Store team
This role is critical within our broader Customer Care Excellence Team and will be based in Mackay QLD.
Whilst you will be focusing on delivering outstanding service to our customers, no 2 days will ever be the same
We have a learning and development program for the right candidates so you will be set up to succeed from the beginning.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Face to face customer service, customer requests, sourcing parts, ETA's on backordersWarehousing when required (picking/packing/put-aways)Daily stock replenishment/stock takesHandling of money for purchases (cash/card/account)Showroom displays, stock rotationsGeneral housekeeping of both the counter and packing area/organisation/prioritisationTo be successful, you will have:
Customer service experience in a trade store / retail environmentWell-developed customer service skills with a 'customer first' approachClear written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the companyAbility to multitask in a fast-paced high-pressure environmentExceptional organisational and time management skillsPart-Time (25 hours) availability between 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-FriCULTURE & BENEFITS To ensure our employees feel valued, supported, and celebrated, we provide a range of employee benefits including:
