Additionally, a poolside restaurant has been added, providing a delightful dining experience in a stunning setting.The extensive new tropical gardens create a serene and inviting atmosphere, offering a wonderful base from which to explore all the remarkable attractions and natural beauty that the Top End has to offer.Job DescriptionOperate switchboard effectively, handling all calls promptly and professionally, greeting all callers according to Accor policy and transferring all calls to relevant departments responding to requests quickly and efficiently.Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.Assist GSA's with guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.Manage incoming calls during peak times, allowing GSA's to focus on in-person guest interactions.QualificationsPrevious 1-2 years of experience working in a similar role or hotel outlets is preferred.Excellent communication skills.Strong computer or system skills preferably in Opera Cloud.Additional InformationWe are far more than a worldwide leader.
