For us, iteration trumps perfection.We believe that the best results come from a cycle of trial, feedback, and refinement, allowing us to be agile, responsive, and ultimately, more successful in delivering value to our customers.The OpportunityReporting to the Head of Solution Planning & Architecture, the Solution Architect Ventures role is a key position within Medibank's Architecture and Health Technology (AHT) team.
Embedded into our Ventures team, your role is responsible for scoping, planning and delivery of innovative solutions and platforms to ensure successful program outcomes and long-term technology platforms.Where you can add valueWorking day to day in Ventures, wearing multiple hats, you will:Develop an effective understanding of the Medibank business and technology environment to support solution delivery and strategic evolution of our platforms.Develop strong and influential working relationships with business and technology stakeholders and our customers to ensure successful solution delivery that enables long term growth for our business.Deliver pragmatic, customer-focused architecture engagements that balance customer needs, strategic technology directions and constraints.Scope, evaluate and formulate recommendations for technology platforms.Collaborate with platform leaders and engineering teams to create clear recommendations, key technology decisions and translate their execution in scalable delivery models.Develop an appropriate breadth and depth of understanding of future business and technical requirements to deliver the required outcomes of solution planning and architecture services to customers.Who are you?At Ventures, we value a team-oriented approach and a commitment to excellence.
