If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact and eager to contribute to innovative projects, we invite you to explore this rewarding career opportunity with us.As an ICT Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:Provide technical support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.Install, configure, and maintain systems, software, and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance and security.Assist in the setup and deployment of new devices, such as computers, printers, and mobile devices.Manage user accounts and access permissions, ensuring data security and policy compliance.Respond to IT support inquiries across various channels and document solutions.Collaborate on ICT projects, greenfield infrastructure deployments, maintenance and shutdown.Run system improvements, and upgrades to enhance IT operations.Monitor IT inventory, assist with procurement, and ensure compliance with software licenses.Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.The following skills and attributes are MUST HAVES:Extensive experience (5 Years+) with both Remote Resolution and On-Site Technical Support.Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, MS Exchange, SharePoint, NTFS Permissions.Skills in network administration (Meraki SD-WAN, Aruba WiFi).Experience in an ITIL process driven environment.Competence in scripting and automation tools like PowerShell and Chocolatey.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships at all organisation levels.Strong Customer centric focus with the ability to work independently.
