It's been a vanguard of the local Brisbane scene for many years, producing excellent service and cocktails for a loyal clientele.
Centrally based, just south of the river.
The Operators This is all part of a well-established and highly respected premium local hospitality group.
This venue is all about quality and stability, crafting timeless spaces focused on delivering a truly unique experience.
The owners are passionate about hospitality, actively involved in decision-making while empowering their staff to showcase both their artistic talents and business expertise.
The Role As the ideal candidate, you will come with a hands-on approach to the position and a background that is both accomplished and focused, preferably with a strong beverage culture.
This venue has an affluent and well-connected clientele which offers a stylish product and highly professional service.
We're looking for someone with a stable track record in all aspects of management, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, remaining composed and effective under pressure.
You'll take full ownership of creating and costing beverage and cocktail menus, so a genuine passion for exploring new trends and innovations in the industry is essential.
You'll also be someone who has an undiluted passion for the industry, full of ideas, who can understand the area and clientele, maximizing the offering to fulfill its potential.
This is a great opportunity for someone who's currently a strong Bar Manager with a high-quality operator looking for that next step up of running your own venue.
Several years of experience in a manager's role within a high-quality property.Proven experience leading, managing, motivating, and driving teams.A 'hands-on' approach and lead from the front.Paramount in this role is the ability to understand the market and target opportunities.Fantastic presentation and great communication skills.Strong knowledge and innovative in writing contemporary beverages and cocktail lists.Business acumen; experience with managing costs and working with suppliers.Rewards This role is highly rewarding, not only for being part of one of Brisbane's most respected groups but also for being at the centre of the new hospitality revolution, one that's changing the face of Brisbane to becoming a truly global city.
