Our esteemed client, a leading national mechanical services contractor, is actively seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer Location: Melbourne - SE Suburbs Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 per annum + Super + Vehicle About the Role: As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of projects within the existing buildings space, encompassing commercial, education, retail, and more.
With mechanical project values ranging from $200k to $4 million, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise across a diverse range of projects.
You'll collaborate closely with a talented and supportive design team, offering guidance and solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to the design process for mechanical projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Collaborate with external partners and clients to deliver tailored mechanical solutions that exceed expectations.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and adherence to safety protocols.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge base.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in the design and execution of mechanical projects within the building services sector.
Strong knowledge of relevant software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, HVAC design software).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
