About the RoleAs our Community Fundraising & Events Specialist you will:
Project manage Canteen's biggest fundraising event of the year: National Bandanna DayBe part of an inspiring, purposeful and transformative teamHave flexible and hybrid working options, and a base at our office in vibrant Newtown$85,000 base + Superannuation + Not-For-Profit Salary Packaging.We're looking for a fundraising superstar to join our growing team.
As National Bandanna Day's Campaign Lead you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing fundraising strategies for our merchandise and peer-to-peer programsOverall project management and execution of the campaign, including leading internal teams to ensure overall success and year-on-year growthThorough post-campaign analysis, using data-driven insights to provide recommendations and adjustments to strategyManaging external stakeholders to implement and deliver key campaign strategiesOngoing budget management and reporting.About YouTo be successful in this role you will have:
2 years fundraising experienceCampaign management experience including strategy, execution, and budget managementExposure to major community fundraising, digital and peer-to-peer campaignsExperience developing engaging fundraising and marketing contentEffective communication skills with an ability to connect with stakeholdersAbility to evaluate and optimise fundraising campaignsA work ethic that is data-led and results driven.Due to the nature of Canteen's work, you will be required to (very) occasionally work weekends and evenings.
Advance notice will be given when this is the case, and Canteen does have a Time off in Lieu policy for taking leave as agreed with the supervising manager.
