Business Services & Tax Accountant (Graduate to Senior)

About this role
We're looking for enthusiastic people who are passionate about building their career, caring for the needs of our clients, and supporting the people you work with.
In this role, you will experience every aspect of what it means to be an accountant, from working on small to large organisations, building relationships with clients to solve their problems, working with like-minded people who are passionate about what they do, and taking on opportunities to expand your accounting skillset.
Key responsibilities
Taking ownership of your own client portfolio.
Building working relationships with clients to enrich their lives.
Preparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns.
Preparing and reviewing business activity statements (BAS).
Preparing and providing clients with tax advice.
Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on client matters.
Providing technical support, feedback, and guidance to junior team members.
Assisting with a range of ad hoc client services.
