We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to join our highly regarded Retail Property Management team.
You will work across 4 neighbourhood shopping centres based in and around Brisbane CBD with a dedicated team at each centre to support you.
Here's a snapshot of your day; Responsible for the overall performance and building services operations of the centresDeliver efficient and cost-effective management of the centresPosition and protect the investment performance of the property asset relative to competitive properties within the areaEnsure the tenancy and lease management, including lease compliance matters and implementation of fixed and CPI reviews in accordance with the relevant lease provisionsManage policies and procedures in line with owner objectives, investment strategies and occupier requirementsPrepare cash flow budgets, including analysis and forecasting of retail performanceProvide regular centre performance updates with clientsHere are strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful; Previous Property/Centre Management or Operations experience within a busy retail environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyFinancial acumen with the ability to prepare and analyse financial reportsStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsA proactive and professional approachCertificate of RegistrationCan we inspire you to join us?
