Your opportunity to join our team As a Customer Service Officer, you will be part of our friendly Customer Service Team who thrives on collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and diversity is supported.
Working Monday to Friday, you will support our customers to ensure they have a great customer experience, answering queries and supporting them in choosing the right products for their business.
Onsite ParkingGreat employee benefits including product discounts, travel discounts + moreGreat job security with an ASX-listed and stable companyThe health, safety, and wellbeing of our people is our highest priorityFast-paced and team-focused environmentConsistent hours provided weeklyDaily Tasks Providing customer service to our existing customers; helping with inquiries and supporting them with choosing the right products for their businessCompleting daily call cycle and keying ordersProviding information and upselling on Ingham's products to customer ordersProviding administrative support to the wider customer service team and business development managers, in relation to our customers.Stakeholder engagement with customers, operations, and logisticsResponsible for accurately processing payment credits, ensuring timely updates to accounts, and reconciling discrepancies.You will bring to this role Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS TeamsExperience working in fast-paced environmentsStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to think outside the boxRelevant experience in food manufacturing or FMCG would be advantageousExcellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlinesAbility to collaborate effectively in a team and work independently.We're looking for people who are curious, caring, courageous and committed to join us.
