The Retail Manager will have the support of the Centre Manager and onsite team, based at Craigieburn Central.

Key responsibilities include: Building and driving Retailers & Stakeholder relationships, in alignment with the centre and company objectives;Support strategic planning for the centre business plan;Leadership and Management of the administrative function at the centre;Create collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;Deliver monthly reports to clients on the performance of the Centre;Work in collaboration with the Marketing department for required deliverables;Support Arrears Management/Tenancy Schedule/Rent Reviews.Experience/Skills required: Minimum 3 years experience as an Admin/Retail Manager in retail property management;Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;Financial acumen and reporting experience;Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and adaptable to processes and systems;Ability to build value-add relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.The successful candidate will be rewarded with a great team environment, opportunities for continued learning and development, and be genuinely supported and valued by the management team and the company as a whole.
