What you'll be doing As an Operations Manager at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly.
You will manage, develop and grow customer relations for the site as well as manage current employee welfare and satisfaction.

Leading a team of 40+ split across 7 clientsManage and control operations for the customer, ensuring a safe working environment coupled with cost effective operational activitiesInstill, drive, and manage a safety first culture by promoting and auditing safe work practices and training measures which create a safe operating environment and results in the prevention of unsafe conditions and the elimination of accidents.Ensuring Customer satisfaction through excellent service deliveryBuild and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders, both internal and externalMaintain location and inventory accuracy and increase productivity streamsEmployees and performance managementEnsure customer's annual business plan including revenue, profit and service levels are met and correct action is taken to rectify potential incidentsWe're keen to hear from people who have the following skills and experience: Extensive experience in Distribution Centre Management ideally gained from within a 3PL environment3+ years' managing teams with strong leadership experienceExceptional end to end knowledge of Supply Chain Operations with a strong background in labour planning, cost management and improvement opportunitiesA passion for health & safety with tangible experience of improving the safety culture on siteExcellent people management skills with the ability to influence across a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholdersOutstanding customer relationship attributes and a strong customer service focusHighly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skillsStrong experience with WMS - ideally SAP or Manhattan systems#J-18808-Ljbffr
