IGA Local Grocer Plus Liquor at Dickson seeks talented, passionate, and smart working staff for casual, part-time, and full-time roles.
About the Job This is a contract role for various positions for Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and casual staff at IGA Dickson located in Canberra.
We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail and analytical skills who will ensure stock is ordered and displayed well.
You should be passionate about retailing, merchandising, team leadership, and the development of yourself and staff.
As a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the store's daily operations Managing a team of employees Ensuring customer satisfaction Meeting sales targets Holding a health and safety certificate (if you don't have one, we will sponsor you) Holding an RSA certificate In return, we will provide you with full training and mentoring.
This is an on-site role, and you will be expected to work in Canberra.
