Your efforts will ensure that participants acquire the skills, knowledge, and capabilities they need to succeed.
Our training programs cover a range of topics, including products, services, and professional skills, with a strong focus on product features, applications, and system technologies.Role Objectives:Lead the development and or adaptation of content, training materials and activities for classes in technical, sales, parts and management training for dealers and company employees aligned to the business objectives.Oversee assigned training programs, managing resources and content to achieve training goals.
You will be responsible for the overall success of the programs and continuously review and improve training outcomes.Conduct training sessions for dealers, establishing clear objectives and outcomes.
Create a dynamic learning environment and develop lessons, activities, and assessments to ensure high-quality results.Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training courses through participant feedback and assessments to ensure that objectives are met.
