Role – Taelent & Delivery Manager - REQ 51037 Permanent  Location: Sydney How will I help?
The Talent and Delivery Manager is responsible for: Program, Campaign, and Event Delivery: Ensure all programs, campaigns, and events are delivered according to agreed parameters, including scope, experience, cost, and time.
Stakeholder Engagement: Keep stakeholders engaged and informed throughout the process.
Timetable Publication: Collaborate with the facilitation team and external partners to publish the agreed program and event timetable.
Site Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of OBI pages and other relevant sites.
Inbox Enquiries: Ensure responsiveness and quality assurance for inbox enquiries.
Budget Management: Manage budgets and expenses for agreed programs, campaigns, and events.
Talent Pool Management: Identify, define, and manage talent pools to agreed parameters, including proactive management of talent and key stakeholders.
Talent Program Planning: Plan and deliver Talent Programs to agreed parameters.
Program Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of programs, campaigns, and events to ensure the achievement of expected benefits.

What do I need?
Oversee day to day delivery of programs, campaigns and events, including logistics, budget management, timetabling and publishing Provide support for published programs, campaigns and events while maintaining a high-quality learner experience and efficient delivery Partner with assigned learning logistics specialists to ensure Learning Modules, Tracks and Pathways are published and maintained on the learning systems and completions are recorded in alignment with group standards Co-ordinate with the Capability Solutions team to ensure solutions are handed over to Delivery & Operations team for successful deployment Conduct regular reviews and check-ins to ensure delivery of expected solution benefits Ensure communications platforms (e.g.
OBI, SharePoint, etc) are maintained and up to date and employees have a communication channel into the team (e.g.
Inbox) Work with senior stakeholders to identify and develop critical talent pools, including pipelining, tailored offerings, tracking, targeted support and analytics (e.g.
retention risk, development progress, etc) Oversee the planning, management and delivery of Talent Programs (incl Graduate Program)Cultivate positive relationships with talent and their support structure (People Leaders, HR, etc) ensuring they are provided with support and guidance for personal development and career growth What's it like to work there?
