Are you a Project Manager with a strong background in digital transformation, looking to get involved in a program of work at inception to help drive innovation and deliver a successful program?
If so, this could be the role for you.
It's a 12-month initial contract with a view to extend, based in Bankstown, where you would currently be required to work a minimum of 1 day a week in the office, with free parking on-site and nearby.
The client is looking to improve the customer journey and digital capabilities, delivering a seamless customer-centric digital solution regarding how customers engage with them and increase operational efficiency.
Within the client, Digital Transformation is a new division established to drive the digital and CX strategy and the design and delivery of innovation across the entire customer experience, including the digital enablement of end-to-end customer experiences.
About the Role:By joining the team as a Project Manager, you will be ready to drive and steer key initiatives.
You will guide and oversee critical initiatives with a structured, strategic approach.
In this role, you'll be key to delivering projects that reflect core values and objectives.
Your leadership will ensure efficient project planning, workflows, budgets, and foster clear communication, empowering our teams to achieve exceptional results that truly reflect the client's Purpose and Ambition.
You'll be joining an ambitious team who thrive on collaboration, innovation, and purpose.

You can seamlessly integrate future planning with human-centred design, lean principles, and agile delivery methods.A self-starter mindset, able to identify what needs to be done and take initiative without requiring constant direction.
You know how to drive projects forward, ensuring key decisions and actions are made and executed efficiently.Leadership skills to inspire and guide teams and diverse stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and effective problem-solving.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clarity and transparency when engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical abilities to monitor project performance, identify risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies while aligning project goals with organisational objectives.Proficiency in managing budgets and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.A proactive approach to risk management, with the ability to identify, assess, and address potential challenges before they become issues.A passion for continuous improvement, bringing experience in implementing best practices and driving innovation within project management processes.Effective negotiation skills, capable of working with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to achieve project outcomes while maintaining positive relationships.A commitment to inclusivity, fostering a workplace culture where everyone feels valued and empowered.The ability to work autonomously, with strong self-motivation to achieve results independently.Experience in high-growth, purpose-led organisations or scale-up environments, thriving in dynamic and fast-paced settings.This is an excellent opportunity to join a multi-year digital transformation program and help improve the customer journey for tens of thousands of people.
