About the Role As a result of an independent review recently undertaken our client is seeking a 6 - 12 month fixed term contractor who has a strong background in payroll remediation to come in and execute the plan to resolve any issues with current and past employees.
Lead and manage payroll remediation projects to address findings from the independent review.
Analyse and resolve historical payroll discrepancies.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, finance, and external consultants, to deliver robust payroll solutions.
Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Develop and implement process improvements to mitigate future risks About You Proven experience in payroll remediation role.
Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
This is ideally an early Jan 2025 start and their offices are based in a very convenient North Sydney location with hybrid working on offer.
