We work with our customers to ensure we offer suitable and sustainable loan options.
About your new roleAs a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll make outbound calls to locate customers and investigate overdue accounts.
Your goal is to provide customer service and solutions to customers with arrears, helping them get back on track.

Collections experience isn't required as we provide training.
The majority of our leaders began in this role
Experience in call centre, hospitality, tourism, retail, sales, or similar industriesExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Persistence to handle challenging conversationsNegotiation skills are highly desirablePassion for results in a target-driven environmentNatural problem solverBasic computer literacyDesire to learn and accept feedbackEssential Criteria Must be available to work permanent Full Time, Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PMThe diversity of our people is core to our ability to innovate and achieve great outcomes.
