We are looking for experienced, imaginative & nurturing Early Childhood Educator superheroes who:

have the imagination to transform a loose part into a fun and valuable learning tool

As a Studio Assistant Educator, there will never be a typical day.
Through our play-based learning philosophy, we are constantly reminded of what a wondrous world we live in.
You could go from singing Johnny Works with One Hammer to a magician or gardener.
Of course, you will still be responsible for all of the compliance-based tasks like safety checks, communicating with families, recording children's progress, routines, and interests - but all while creating a safe supportive space where children thrive.
At Sparrow Early Learning Ormeau Hills, we believe that the first five years of a child's life are a time of amazing learning and growth.
The role of our centre is to work alongside families – taking the time to learn what makes your child special, understanding your child's cultural background, and listening to what you want from the early education and care experience.
What you'll need:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Experience in engaging with children through imaginative play
Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current & Valid Working with Children Check
First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
