Our dedicated team supports each student's journey with care and excellence.Key Responsibilities:Campus Setup & Expansion: Coordinate campus construction, renovations, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Facilities & Maintenance: Oversee building upkeep, develop preventative maintenance schedules, and manage vendor relationships.Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; lead emergency protocols and staff training.Canteen Operations: Supervise canteen services, ensuring quality, safety, and effective inventory management.Staff Management: Recruit, train, and lead teams across maintenance, canteen, and facilities.Budget & Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets for operations and facilities projects.Additional Duties: Support recruitment, staff induction, and ad hoc tasks as needed.Key Skills:Project management and campus setup.Vendor and contractor management.Health, safety, and compliance knowledge.Staff recruitment, training, and leadership.Budget management and financial reporting.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Key Measurables:Adherence to budgetRegulatory compliance across campusesVendor satisfaction and relationship qualityHealth and safety complianceHealth and hygiene compliance within canteen operationsQualifications and Experience:5+ years of operations management experience, ideally in a multi-site or educational setting.Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing budgets and projects.Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, recruitment, and performance processes.Expertise in end-to-end facilities operations, compliance, and safety regulations.Experience overseeing canteen or food service operations is a plus.Current Queensland Driver's Licence and Blue Card (Working with Children Check).How to Apply: If you have the necessary qualifications and skills to excel in this role, please submit your resume and cover letter addressing the key selection criteria.This is a permanent Full-time position (38 hours per week) subject to a six-month probationary period.
