RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISORWe represent a leading South Australian residential custom and volume builder with over 30 years of experience delivering beautifully designed, affordable homes.
With a diverse, award-winning portfolio and exciting projects in the pipeline, we are seeking an experienced and driven Residential Construction Site Supervisor to join our client's dynamic team.
Reporting to the Building Manager, you will oversee the construction of multiple standalone residential and multi-storey projects across Adelaide.
From managing subcontractors to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' residential construction projects to life.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the construction of multiple residential projects across Adelaide.Ensure all residential construction projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and approved documentation.Liaise with private building inspectors, tradespeople, suppliers, and clients.Monitor compliance with OHS&W requirements and other legislative standards.Provide regular updates on project progress and attend weekly meetings with the construction team.Introduce and manage new trades and suppliers while maintaining high-quality standards.Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.About You: To succeed in this role, you will have:
A trade qualification in the building industry and a Building Works Supervisor license.Proven experience supervising residential and multi-storey projects.The ability to read and interpret residential construction plans.Strong knowledge of NCC (National Construction Code), Australian Standards, and construction methodologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on quality and process improvement.Experience in similar roles as a site supervisor in the residential construction industry.The ability to identify defects or construction issues proactively and take the necessary actions to rectify or prevent problems in an efficient manner.Benefits: A market leading salary package, including superannuation, company vehicle, iPad and phone.Outstanding technical and administration support from a dynamic team of construction administrators and an experienced Building Manager.The opportunity to work with a highly reputable South Australian residential builder on exciting projects.If you're passionate about residential construction and are an experienced site supervisor, please respond immediately with a brief covering letter and CV, advising us why you are the one.
