Kennedys is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate with 8 years' + PQE to join our Insurance team based in our vibrant Sydney office.
Working closely with two of our specialist Partners, Llinos Kent & Alexandra Bartlett , this is a unique opportunity for an experienced lawyer to gain hands-on exposure to a mixture of contentious and non-contentious coverage matters across numerous insurance lines and defence of regulatory and various professional indemnity claims (for example, financial, construction, brokers, real estate, directors and officers) in Supreme Court and Federal Court proceedings.

The team in Sydney have extensive experience across multiple lines of insurance work, with a particular depth of expertise in professional indemnity, financial institutions, directors' and officers' (D&O), medical malpractice, public and product liability, property and construction, energy, cyber, marine, transport and employment.
You will join team of highly experienced Special Counsel, fellow Senior Associates & Associates whilst receiving first-class support from our dedicated Paralegals and Legal Secretaries - enabling you to thrive in the fast-paced world of insurance law.
