(Senior) Clinical Research Associate Location: Sydney (hybrid) As a (Senior) Clinical Research Associate, you will be joining the world's largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

You will be embedded in our client's Oncology study team and have a dedicated ICON line manager to support you.
What you will be doing: Perform all aspects of CRA duties from site selection, site initiation, through to site routine monitoring visits through to close-out visits and database lock.You will be embedded in our client's study team and have a dedicated ICON line manager to support you.Oversee all aspects of study site management to ensure high quality data resulting in consistently low query levels and in good Quality Assurance reports.Support and mentor other team members.You are: Degree in Pharmacy or any related course.2+ years prior monitoring experience within CRO or pharmaceutical/biotechnology company, preferably within Oncology.Excellent communication skills.In-depth knowledge of international guidelines ICH-GCP and of local regulations.Strong interest in developing Cancer treatment options and in working on Oncology/Hematology studies.Flexibility to travel and to work from the sponsor office for 2-3 days per week (if not traveling).What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
