Your role will focus on resource management and logistics.Role Type: 12-month Secondment / Fixed-term opportunityWork Hours: Full timeWhat will your day look like?As a PMO Co-ordinator, you will:Support the PMO and workstream by providing core resource management activitiesEnd to end recruitment, onboarding, extensions and offboarding activities.Office logistics including accommodation requirementsManagement of distribution lists, organisation charts and other resource management requirementsProject tooling access including teams, confluence, JIRADocument Management – ensure documentation is appropriately stored and up to date for programOrganised team wide events, workshops, training material distribution and travel requirementsProvide admin support to the team with meeting bookings, minute taking and follow up actionsBack up support to current PMO team members when required with key activitiesWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Project Management and/or PMO experience on complex and major programs of workResource Management activities end to end through recruitment, monitoring of current resources and onboarding/offboarding activitiesMinute taking for large teams with ability to follow up on actions and decisionsAbility to work under pressure, with multiple requests and large resource driven teamBrilliant written, communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain great relationship with diverse stakeholdersYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
