Key responsibilities Use available data and reports to identify key insights and make informed decisions for the business and the customerCoach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experienceLead the team to deliver store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activitiesAttract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the GroupActively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeingBuild and maintain the store roster, ensuring the roster is compliant and balances the needs of the customer and teamUnderstand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play in deliveringRole model CRG values to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success.Attributes you possess A genuine desire to be part of the Country Road Group and alignment with our CRG ValuesDemonstrates a passion for fashion with a professional personal presentationStrong leadership skills in delivering an exceptional customer and team experienceAbility to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rostersExperience managing the performance, productivity, training and development of a teamAbility to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.Why work for us A competitive remuneration package and quarterly incentives availableSeasonal product allowances and generous discounts for you and your immediate family on all Country Road, Trenery, Politix, Witchery and Mimco products.
