Mining - Operations (Mining, Resources & Energy)Full timeRapid Crushing & Screening Contractors Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company with over 46 years of experience in the business of providing service and support to the civil contracting, mining and resource industries.The Role:The successful applicant, who will report to the Site Manager, will need to demonstrate the ability to supervise a small team involved in crushing and blending operations on a 2/1 FIFO roster ex Perth.Duties will include but are not limited to:Complete the required inspections, audits and HSE reports;Complete daily reports and submit in a timely manner;Schedule, plan and perform maintenance activities;Monitor and maintain stock levels;Ensure the crushing plant operates to the maximum output capacity;Actively supervise all employees and sub-contractors on site;Conduct internal training when required;Operating ROM Front End Loader as and when required.Minimum Requirements:At least 2-3 years "hands on" Supervisory experience in mine site/quarry/mobile crushing operations;Mobile Plant and/or Trade Qualified;Have demonstrated strong problem solving skills and excellent communication skills;WHS Statutory Responsibilities for Mining Supervisors (SRMS);National Police Clearance within the last 12 months;Construction White Card;Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (desirable);Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable);Conduct Front End Loader / Skidsteer Operations;High Risk Work Licenses DG RB C6.Why consider Rapid Crushing as your next step?Ongoing training opportunities for employees;Competitive pay rates;Career progression opportunities;Weekly Pay;Salary sacrifice towards super.Your application will include the following questions:Do you have experience operating front end loader vehicles?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Shift Supervisor?Do you have a current Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment?Are you licenced to drive a manual vehicle?What's your expected annual base salary?Do you have mine site experience?How many years of people management experience do you have?
