As the Radiographer In Charge, you will lead and inspire your team, providing training and development to ensure they reach their own goals and exceed in their service delivery.
You'll also oversee the seamless operation of the clinic, handling tasks like rostering, recruitment, audits, stock ordering, stakeholder relations, and quarterly management meetings.
Your admin tasks will be balanced with on-the-tools time.
