Job Description The ORS Workplace Rehabilitation division is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us
You will join a national team of 50+ consultants providing clinical services & evidence-based case management for injured workers so they can get back to living their best lives.
You will work across national and state-based customer contracts.
You will perform an array of assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres and clinics, and/or ORS offices.
You will help to bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients' rehabilitation journeys.

We provide resources for our staff to be able to work from home, aim to allocate clients close to your home, give you ownership of your own calendar, provide suburban office locations with free onsite and local parking, and allow you the ability to work part-time or reduced hours.
Learning and Development At ORS, we truly value the clinical and professional development of our staff.
You will connect with our dedicated Learning & Development Managers who possess extensive clinical experience and qualifications.
You will have the ability to engage in one-on-one and group training sessions and seek advice on complex cases.
Psychology Internship Program ORS funds $7,500 in annual supervision costs to support employees with their supervised practice pathways to general registration as a Psychologist.
Supervision is provided either in-house or externally.
Minimum Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation CounsellingRegistration or ability to become registered with AHPRA, ASORC or RCAAA car and licenceA National Police Clearance, Working With Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one for client-facing rolesAbout the Company ORS has been making a difference to people with disabilities and injuries for more than 25 years across NDIS, private and insurance.
