Senior Service And I.T Team Leader

The role, is to joint lead the I.T and Service Department - includes company vehicle and financial reward for growth.
This team covers a variety of work, from providing business I.T solutions and services to repairing hardware from laptops, printers and Office Photocopiers, just to list a few.
Tasks & responsibilities
Manage the department and team to provide professional services and advice.
Tasks will include:
Managing techs and job allocations
Hardware and Software Installations
MSP Proposals
Managing client relationships
Expanding MSP client base
Equipment repairs/Service Jobs
Writing scope of works and deployment policies for clients
Hardware Support, both onsite & remote
Completing job workflow requirements
Qualifications & experience
Desired experience in:
Office 365
N-Able suite of offerings
Azure
Google Workspace
Setting up and maintaining VPN
Windows Server 2019
Strong Diagnostic skills
PC Hardware repair
Understanding of laser printer theory
*Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* The ability to work within a team environment and a valid drivers licence are essential to this role as well as the ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and a National Police Check.
* Strong communication skills.
Any Previous experience with service and repair of Laptops Desktops and AIO, IT & MFD Print Equipment could be advantageous, otherwise training will be provided.
