This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.
As the Post Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Coordinating post-construction activities to ensure seamless project completionManaging documentation related to final inspections, warranties, and handover processesCollaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate the resolution of post-construction issuesEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards during the post-construction phaseTracking project timelines and milestones to support efficient handover processesAssisting in the development of post-construction reports and performance evaluationsMaintaining accurate records of post-construction activities, including defects and resolutionsProviding administrative support to the Production department as neededThe ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Skills and Experiences:Proven experience in post-construction coordination or a similar roleExcellent organisational and time-management skillsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production environmentProficiency in using construction management software, CHEOPS; Training will be provided and MS Office SuiteGood communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholdersKnowledge of health and safety regulations related to post-construction activitiesAnalytical mindset for evaluating project outcomes and identifying areas for improvement
