Stellenbeschreibung Stellvertretung bei Abwesenheiten des General Managers und der Abteilungsleiter Unterstützung der Front-Office- & Reservierungsmitarbeiter*innen bei operativen Aufgaben Schnittstelle und Bindeglied zwischen den einzelnen Abteilungen Förderung selbstständigen Arbeitens und Eigenverantwortung im Team
Qualifikationen Abgeschlossene Lehre in der Hotellerie, eine vergleichbare qualifizierte Ausbildung oder nachweisbare Berufserfahrung in einem entsprechenden Bereich Berufserfahrung in Bereichen wie beispielsweise Front-Office, Guest Relations, Reservierung Selbstständigkeit, hohe Entscheidungsfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu tragen Teamfähigkeit – auch in stressigen Situationen behältst du einen klaren Kopf und übernimmst die Führung Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten
