Personal Care Worker – Community

Our team has an increasing requirement for engaged, experienced and dedicated PCWs for ongoing, consistent rosters, to support our clients to live well, in the comfort of their own homes.
ABOUT YOUTo be considered for this important and rewarding work, you will have:
Cert III in Personal Care/Aged Care/Community/Individual Support or Disability ServicesSenior First Aid Certificate & Unrestricted Drivers LicenceCurrent Police Clearance (if you don't have we will provide at no cost)Unrestricted Driver's LicenceNDIS Worker Screening ClearanceAn empathetic, patient and caring natureExceptional communication skills & be able to build respectful relationships.ABOUT THE ROLEIn the community team, you will enable our clients to live their best possible life by helping with everyday activities and assisting them to do the things they love.
Every client is different, and tasks may include:
Assistance with personal care (showering and dressing)Household cleaning and laundryMeal preparationTransport to and from appointments / shopsSocial supportProviding respite for familyAssisting with complex care needs.Your responsibilities include:
