Job Description An opportunity has arisen for a professional and well-organised Contract and Finance Administration Executive to join our highly successful and market-leading Residential team.
In this fast-paced role, you will be based in the Melbourne CBD office above our state-of-the-art project showroom.
You will assist with administrative tasks for Melbourne's most sought-after residential projects from launch to completion, as well as assisting with various ad hoc office/finance administrative tasks.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Processing Contracts of Sale Documentation including data entry into various systems Liaising with Channel Agents and Colliers Retail Agents as required Assisting with the management of shared email account Liaising with solicitors regarding sale documentation, general correspondence, contract status Producing reports as required Generating invoicing as required Assisting with other administrative duties as required Assisting with reception cover as required Qualifications To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills:
Excellent communication and organisation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment Ability to prioritise, deal with several matters and work to deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Common sense approach to problem solving Additional Information In return, we offer an opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team.
