As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you're responsible for ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience with us. To support you, Brisbane Smiles has a large team, advanced technology and dental laboratory services onsite. We're conveniently located in Toowong, 4km from the CBD.
Role Details
A Patient Experience Coordinator performs a variety of daily tasks. You will be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, liaising with Dental Assistants and OHTs and performing patient experience administration.
To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for people and patient experiences. Therefore, we're after a great communicator and someone who takes initiative to ensure every single patient has the best experience.
Your daily tasks will include:
Greet & check in patients upon arrival
Introduce patients to the Dental Assistant or OHT
Assist in managing the Reception area
Assist with internal marketing procedures
Build relationships with patients
Applicant must be enthusiastic and people-minded
Working within a team of Reception/General Dentists/OHT/Hygienist/Dental Technicians/Marketing
Mentorship available to expand your skillset
Applicant must be open to learning and working within a team
Learn digital workflows
Inner-city location in Toowong

The majority of our Brisbane Smiles Team work a 38-hour, 4 day week with rewarding remuneration packages. The practice hours are weekdays excluding public holidays with no late nights.
