We are seeking highly motivated Human Resources Advisors to kick start their careers and join our growing team.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maintain a compliant workplace environment.
As an expert in your field, you will support small to medium businesses navigate their ER/HR challenges and act as a trusted advisor during their time of need.
You will feel a deep satisfaction knowing your expert knowledge will change the shape of numerous small businesses every day.
In this unique role, you'll:
Partner with passion: Support clients via telephone, email, and chat channels by providing timely advice and recommendations in response to client concerns.
Knowledge sharer: You will be a trusted partner to our clients, making complex workplace regulations easy to understand and implement in their business.
Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively monitor changes in employment law and provide practical recommendations about what clients should do to protect their business.
Delight and deliver: Meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality assurance.
You're a perfect fit if you have:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role with exposure to Employment Relations.
Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Awards system, National Employment Standards, and other related legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Build trust, actively listen, and effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally in person.
Formal qualifications in HR / IR or Law are highly regarded , however, we encourage those who have had exposure to employee matters to apply.
