We're searching for a savvy Social Media Strategist to lead the social media game for one of our clients.
You'll create and run social media campaigns that boost engagement, get the brand noticed, and bring in leads.
You'll also team up with the marketing team to make sure the visuals fit the big picture.
Plus, you'll keep an eye on how the campaigns are performing and tweak things based on the data to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media: Create and manage social media strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to boost brand awareness, engagement, and leads.Content Creation: Work with the marketing team to ensure visuals and content align with social media goals.Content Calendar & Campaigns: Manage a content calendar and coordinate with departments to align posts with campaigns and business goals.
Oversee social media campaigns for promotions, events, and launches.Paid Social Media Ads: Plan and execute paid campaigns, manage budgets, and optimise for ROI.
Analyse ad performance and adjust campaigns for better results.Engagement & Growth: Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages.
Build relationships with influencers and use interactive content to grow the audience.Analytics & Performance: Monitor social media performance and provide reports with actionable insights.
Refine strategies based on performance data to enhance impact.Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven track record managing social media platforms and understanding best practices.Strong skills in data analysis and campaign optimisation.Experience with paid social media campaigns and ad management tools.You will need full Australian Working Rights (Australia Citizen or Permanent Resident).
