As the first point of contact for HR needs, you'll support our Property Services and Facility Management business units during an exciting period of growth. In this permanent, full-time role, you will support both office and site-based teams across various Melbourne locations, while also contributing to our national operations. We are seeking someone with a strong ER and IR background with the ability to manage the 'day-to-day HR' coupled with expertise to successfully navigate a complex industrial environment. You will have a 'can-do' attitude, knack for people engagement, and a drive for top-notch service delivery.
