Head of Corporate and Community EngagementThe Hospital Research Foundation Group (THRF Group) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Corporate and Community Engagement.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be instrumental in developing, growing and executing THRF Group partnerships and sponsorships, as well overseeing the Peer-to-Peer fundraising and events in SA, ACT and WA.
This role maintains and builds strong relationships with corporate and community organisations and individuals to generate awareness and fundraising income for THRF Group.

We focus on improved engagement, maximising fundraising opportunities and building awareness of THRF Group and its mission with individuals, organisations, clubs, community groups, schools and other potential sources of fundraising income across our 12 charity brands.
About the role: Develop and execute a partnership strategy to increase fundraising, awareness and impact of THRF Group through corporate and community partnerships in SA and WA.Identify new corporate partnership and sponsorship opportunities for THRF Group activities including campaigns and events.Work with partners and sponsors to ideate and create high-quality partnership and sponsorship proposals and agreements that are measurable, outlining mutually beneficial opportunities for both parties and a thorough understanding of mutual objectives, expectations and outcomes.Oversee the development and growth of the Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Program.Guide improved engagement, maximising fundraising opportunities through the use of organisational and integrated systems where possible.Ensure THRF Group's Customer Relationship Management (CRM tool) is maintained with partnership and sponsorship contacts and activities.Develop measures, actively monitor and report on partnership, sponsorship and Peer-to-Peer fundraising and engagement outcomes.You will ideally have: At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, with demonstrated experience in developing, managing and growing partnership and sponsorship relations.Demonstrated experience in building strategic networks and relationships.Existing relationships within the South Australian community (desirable).Demonstrated sales and/or business development experience.Previous experience managing a small team is desired.What we offer at THRF Group More than just a job: Join a team deeply connected to our cause and the positive impact we create in the community.Mission-Driven Impact: Make a tangible difference in the lives of others while utilising your relationship building and fundraising skills.Growth Potential: Be part of a rapidly expanding team, with opportunities to develop your expertise and take on greater responsibility.Flexibility: Enjoy the benefits of a hybrid work environment, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.Salary Packaging: Maximise your take-home pay with generous salary packaging options.Join a Dynamic Team: Collaborate with passionate colleagues in a supportive and fulfilling work environment.Wellbeing Focus: We prioritise your wellbeing with benefits such as subsidised gym memberships, flu shots, and chiropractic care.If you'd like to learn more, for a confidential chat please call Briony Marshall on .
