Facade Foreman

An exciting opportunity for a Façade Foreman to join us on a live $150 million project in Kensington to work alongside an existing team of foreman as we move into finishes.
We are looking for someone who is willing to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment.

As the Façade Foreman, you will possess strong communication skills as you will be working alongside a team of high performing professionals, in particular, the Site and Project Manager.

What are we looking for?Infinity is seeking a Façade Foreman in Kensington where you will report to the Site Manager and work collaboratively with the project team and other associated partners.

A successful candidate will have, but is not limited to: Minimum of 5 years of proven track record experience working for a head contractor as a Façade Foreperson.Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred.Advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods.Ability to work within company policies and procedures, health & safety regulations, legislation.Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with the team and subcontractors.Excellent understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
