The Supervisor role is pivotal to supporting the Store Manager and representing our brand directly to customers. You will be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseurs This is a fantastic opportunity if you have previously been a Store Supervisor and are ready to take on the challenge in our Belmont store Join us on our journey to national expansion and the wonderful opportunities that offer you for career progression and leadership growth. You will be supported by the Store Manager and other operational leaders and will have loads of fun along the way
About the Role
As the Supervisor at Belmont, you will be hands-on with your team. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced hands-on role and embrace the challenge of assisting the Store Manager to lead a highly motivated team.
More specifically, you will be:

Assisting in leading and motivating the team in a super hands-on role.
Thriving in a fast-paced role and being passionate about developing your leadership skills.
Integral to the recruitment of our passionate donut connoisseurs.
Handling administrative duties including rostering and stock control/ordering.
Assisting in overseeing store setup and close.

What You'll Need:

Previous experience in a leadership role in FMCG, retail, or a closely related field.
Previous experience in a supervisory role in FMCG, retail, or a closely related field.
Skilled at leading people, or willing to learn.
Excellent communication skills.
Not afraid to be super hands-on.
Motivated and passionate with exceptional time-management skills.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred).
Supervising experience: 2 years (Preferred).
Barista: 1 year (Preferred).
