Ken Cush & Associates is an award-winning specialist personal injury and human rights litigation firm located in Braddon, ACT.
We are looking for a confident, competent, and capable solicitor to join our growing team in our Canberra office in a full-time permanent role.
Key Role Responsibilities
Supporting members of the team including our Principals and barristers.
Preparing, reviewing, and working on Court and other legal documents.
Meeting with and speaking to clients via face-to-face, Zoom, and telephone.
Appearing in Courts and Tribunals across Australia.
Skills
3 years PQE, preferably in personal injury litigation (defendant or plaintiff).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confidence to manage challenges.
Displaying initiative in identifying and proposing solutions to challenges.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Well organized with attention to detail.
Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
This role is within a boutique and award-winning firm specializing in personal injury and human rights law across Australia and from the High Court of Australia down.
