As a Principal Policy Officer, you'll spearhead strategic initiatives, collaborating with the government to secure vital resources and reforms while championing sector development.
Your leadership will be instrumental in driving change and delivering impactful outcomes that positively affect communities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee team operations, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes within budget.Provide regular progress reports to the Director, Strategy and Performance.Foster a high-performing team through resource planning, staff development, and performance reviews.Coordinate policy, advocacy, media, and communications strategies to advance organizational goals.What We're Looking For: Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining professional relationships.Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.Knowledge of government roles and community housing sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.Ready to Make a Difference?
