Country Head - Australia (Fund Administration Business)Are you ready to lead and grow a dynamic business within a thriving global organization?
Apex Group is seeking a visionary Country Head to drive strategic growth, nurture client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
As the Country Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Apex's presence in key markets within Australia & driving sustainable growth, and ensuring the business stays ahead of the competition.
The Role & Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead the country to achieve budgetary and operational targets.Set and monitor weekly departmental goals to align with company objectives.Champion client relationship management to ensure optimal client engagement and retention.Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to deploy advanced technology solutions and resolve operational issues.Drive client retention and cross-selling through structured processes and increased touchpoints.Ensure compliance with contract terms, timely billings, and effective receivables management.Partner with the local board and leadership to maintain compliance and governance standards.Influence cross-functional teams to implement global strategic initiatives, improve service delivery, and streamline operations.Build industry networks, strengthen relationships, and design initiatives to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.What We're Looking For 10-15 years of experience in the asset management industry, investment services, fund administration or broader finance industry; experience in top-tier consulting firms is a plus.Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.Strategic planning and business development expertise.Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, and Marketing.Proficiency in performance metrics, IT/business infrastructure, and risk management.Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.Why Join Apex?
