About the Company
Our client is a market leading boutique contractor and is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Project Manager to lead and deliver a range of high-end commercial fit-out projects.
The position will suit someone who has a strong technical background, a proven ability to manage project deliverables, and the ability to develop strong and enduring client relationships.

About the Role Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of market leading HVAC projects, meeting deliverables, and ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and oversight in D&C delivery, installation, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client requirements.Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability targets are met.Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead teams, driving efficiency, fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth and timely project execution.Compliance and Safety: Ensure projects adhere to relevant guidelines, industry regulations, safety requirements, and company policies.About You Technical Knowledge: Extensive expertise in HVAC systems, including D&C and project installation processes.Client-Focused Approach: Proven ability to develop and nurture strong client and stakeholder relationships.Financial Management Skills: Experience in budgeting, cost control, and delivering profitable projects.Project Management Experience: A proven track record of successfully managing multiple commercial HVAC projects whilst adhering to project deliverables.Leadership Abilities: Strong organisational and team management skills to lead others in achieving project outcomes.Qualifications and Experience: A trade qualification or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.Minimum 8+ years' experience in commercial HVAC, and demonstratable experience in leading fast paced fit out projects.Solid knowledge of Australian building codes and industry standards.Self-driven attitude; the ability to work autonomously whilst being part of a collaborative team.Exceptional problem-solving and organisational skills.The Benefits Competitive salary package with additional benefits.Career growth opportunities in a supportive and innovative environment.Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging commercial projects.Flexible work arrangements promoting work-life balance.Please apply by uploading your current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
