Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Perth, WA for an experienced HVAC Refrigeration qualified technician.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely, safe, and cost-effective manner.
The role is available to work autonomously and with a team across commercial projects which includes small refurbishments, shop and office fitouts and large construction projects from HVAC refurbishments to new construction and fit outs.
Bayliss Group offers a large variety of work within the business which provides staff with various career paths and room to grow, develop, and learn.
Service, breakdowns, and maintenance across a range of commercial sites and the occasional residential.
Working in a motivated team environment.
Identifying hazards and safety issues.
Assisting the minor works manager with quoting.
Liaise with customers and management.
Providing high-level customer service to clients.
Identifying opportunities for potential repairs, upgrade works, refurbishments, and new business.
Experience & Qualifications:
A valid ARC tick license with a Cert III in Air-conditioning and refrigeration.
Proven experience in commercial construction and maintenance.
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret plans and diagrams.
Thorough knowledge of Australian codes and standards.
The ability to take responsibility and lead by example with an unwavering commitment to safety and quality.
The ability to assess, analyze, and find solutions to on-site issues.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Current manual driver's license and white card.
Police Clearance.
EWP and Working at Heights Training -
not required but is desirable.
First Aid Certificate -
not required but is desirable.
Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems and equipment.
