We're seeking individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment, have exceptional communication skills and are dedicated to delivering exceptional work.
In this role you will lead projects within a multi-year HCD service transformation program, working alongside multi-disciplinary teams to drive positive outcomes.You will navigate a diverse stakeholder environment, adapting your tools and communication skills to meet the varying needs of everyone involved in the program.
You will diligently manage the timely reporting, financial management and clear communication with our partners at all times.
You will build trusted relationships with your peers and contribute to maintaining and fostering the Today culture and effective ways of working.
Your work will have a meaningful impact on Victorians.Your focus: Lead multiple projects within a HCD service transformation programServe as a primary contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder managementManage multi-disciplinary project teams, including strategic designers, product designers, business analysts, and techniciansOversee project requirements, timelines, budgets, dependenciesCoordinate day-to-day project activities, from supporting teams during field research to interfacing with the offshore development teamProvide accurate and real-time project reporting, including budget and scope management, risk assessment, and project status updatesOptimise project processes to enhance efficiency and effectivenessThe detailsFull-time ongoing role based in Naarm/MelbourneHybrid working arrangementStart date will ideally be around FebruaryRequirementsYou will be able to demonstrate:6+ years of project management experience in agencies, consultancies, government, or similar organisationsProven track record of managing strategic, product, or digital projectsFamiliarity with human-centred design principles and methodologiesProficiency in both agile and waterfall project management approachesStrong project management toolkit to add to the optimisation of project tracking and reportingProficiency in the Atlassian suite, Microsoft and Google suiteComfort with ambiguity and complexity, with a demonstrated ability to navigate through challengesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenYou must be legally able to work in AustraliaYou will also bring:Business analyst experience is welcomedAbility to thrive in a collaborative, creative team environmentDemonstration of kindness, empathy, and respect towards othersOptimistic attitude, bringing humour and positivity to your workProactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to assist othersSelf-awareness of strengths and a willingness to support team members in their developmentOur commitmentEven if you don't perfectly match every criterion or consider yourself too junior, we encourage you to apply.
